How RealTrends Recognized My Work As A Chicago Real Estate Agent

My Awards and Accomplishments

I'm a Principal Agent with Redfin serving the Chicago metro area. I was named a RealTrends top agent in 2025 by volume and by sides — meaning total transactions closed — in the Chicago area. I've been in real estate since 2020, and I've spent the last 4 of those years at Redfin.

My career includes 247 closed homes totaling $123 million in sales volume, with a highest sale of $3,200,000. I'm fluent in Spanish and hold a degree in Civil Engineering.

How Rapid Growth Earned Me a Spot on the RealTrends List

I started in real estate in 2020 and built to 247 career transactions and $123 million in volume in just 6 years. In the Chicago metro, where the median home price is $393,614 and 41.5% of homes sell above asking, that pace of growth reflects both market knowledge and the ability to deliver for clients in a competitive environment with 2.9 months of supply.

My Largest Transactions

Five of my top transactions by sale price include 3645 N Wilton Ave, Chicago for $3,200,000 (2025), 2169 W Giddings St, Chicago for $2,800,000 (2025), 3456 N Claremont Ave, Chicago for $2,560,000 (2026), 1039 W Altgeld St, Chicago for $2,435,000 (2026), and 4243 N Wolcott Ave, Chicago for $2,000,000 (2025).

Why I Love Being a Real Estate Agent

I've always had an interest in architecture, and that passion led me to real estate. I started as a leasing agent and built deep knowledge of Chicago's neighborhoods. At Redfin, I focus on helping each client find their dream home and make it a priority to be available, answer questions, and resolve issues quickly.
